Common questions

Why don't I see 'Add to Home Screen'?

On iPhone, this option only appears in Safari — not Chrome, WhatsApp, or other in-app browsers. Open the link directly in Safari first. On Android, use Chrome or Samsung Internet; other browsers may hide the option.

My phone says PWA is not supported

Older phones and some budget Android devices don't support installing web apps. You can still use the Range Register and Live Scoring pages in your browser — they will work the same, but you will need to open the website each time instead of tapping a home-screen icon.

The installed app opens the main website instead

Delete the old icon from your home screen, then reinstall it from the correct page (Range Register or Live Scoring). The old shortcut may have been saved before the latest update.

Will it work without signal at the range?

Yes — open the app at least once with an internet connection so it can save what it needs. After that, it works offline at the range. Your data will sync automatically when you have signal again.
