I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that shooting sports involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to indemnify and hold harmless PROSHOT CLAY TARGET CLUB, its officers, members, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in any activities at the club's shooting range. I confirm that I will comply with all range rules, safety procedures, and instructions given by the Range Officer at all times.
